Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at ana.guevara18@yahoo.com within the 30-day period. Returns must be approved before being sent. We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including used or worn items, personal care products, final sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return the original product and place a new order.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional charges that may apply.
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
